Qualifications:
Nebraska (or compact state) LPN or RN license is required Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred Ability to learn and implement administrative and departmental policies and procedures and carry out job responsibilities in a professional, accurate and conscientious manner Ability to create and maintain a helpful, understanding and empathetic atmosphere toward the residents and staff Ability to handle confidential information exercise independent judgment and make decisions based on good nursing practice guidelines Ability to maintain a positive, stable disposition in performing work in association with staff, residents and families Excellent verbal and written communication skills Job Types:
