Monday--Friday 7:
00am until 3:
30pm.
Some overtime and weekend work required.
Reports to:
Maintenance Director/Management Team Overall responsibility:
This position is responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance on all equipment to include; greasing, inspection and repair.
Also, repair, inspection and maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment including valves, filters, compressors, pumps, cylinders and other installed equipment.
Preventative and corrective maintenance on forklifts and other material handling equipment, both propane and electrically powered is included.
Some welding and metal work may be assigned as well as building and grounds maintenance.
Electrical background preferred.
Ammonia Refrigeration background helpful.
Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Skills:
- Effective verbal, written, and listening communication skills - Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from managers/supervisors - Ability to express self clearly and effectively - Ability to safely perform preventative and corrective maintenance on all equipment in the facility.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
- Ability to occasionally work in a subzero environment.
- Ability to be on feet 8 hours per day Starting wage:
